§ 1 Geltungsbereich Diese Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen, die über meinen Onlineshop piahenkel.com getätigt werden.
§ 2 Vertragsschluss Die Darstellung der Produkte im Shop stellt kein rechtlich bindendes Angebot, sondern eine Aufforderung zur Bestellung dar. Der Vertrag kommt zustande, sobald ich Ihre Bestellung per E-Mail bestätige oder die Ware versende.
§ 3 Preise & Versandkosten Es gelten die im Shop angegebenen Preise. Die Versandkosten werden im Warenkorb vor Abschluss der Bestellung transparent ausgewiesen (6 € für kleine Formate, 10 € für große Formate, EU Versand für kleine Formate 14€, für große Formate 20€).
§ 4 Produktion & Lieferung Jedes Werk wird nach Bestelleingang individuell für Sie gefertigt und handsigniert. Die Produktions- und Lieferzeit beträgt bis zu drei Wochen.
§ 5 Zahlung Die Zahlung erfolgt über die im Shop angebotenen Zahlungsarten.
§ 6 Eigentumsvorbehalt Die Ware bleibt bis zur vollständigen Bezahlung mein Eigentum.
§ 7 Haftung Ich hafte für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit. Für leichte Fahrlässigkeit hafte ich nur bei Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten.
§ 1 Scope of Application These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via my online shop, piahenkel.com.
§ 2 Conclusion of Contract The presentation of products in the shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. The contract is concluded as soon as I confirm your order via email or dispatch the goods.
§ 3 Prices & Shipping Costs The prices stated in the shop apply. Shipping costs are transparently displayed in the shopping cart before you complete your order (6 € for small formats, 10 € for large formats, EU shipping for small formats: 14 €, for large formats: 20 €).
§ 4 Production & Delivery Each work is produced individually for you upon receipt of your order and hand-signed. The production and delivery time can take up to three weeks.
§ 5 Payment Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the shop.
§ 6 Retention of Title The goods remain my property until full payment has been received.
§ 7 Liability I am liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, I am only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations.
